Rio de Janerio is determined to become greener and easier to navigate in the run up to the 2014 football World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games -- both being hosted by the city. A new rent-a-bike system, inspired by a similar project in France, has recently been rolled out across the Brazilian tourist destination, to help cut pollution and encourage visitors and residents to get exercising.
