On day three of his trial, Breivik, who stands accused of committing "acts of terror", looked more defiant than ever, stating that there could only be two "legitimate outcomes of this case: acquittal or the death penalty". Survivors of the Utoeya massacre along with victims' families were still struggling to come to terms with the dreadful event, and were bracing themselves for a trial which is scheduled to last for 10 weeks.
